Aim:

Self- Leadership Programme

Aim:

To provide participants with the opportunity to understand themselves better, in order to enable them to manage their work and personal lives effectively. Material covered includes: self management, communication, conflict management, self- awareness, emotional resilience, client management, goal setting and management for success

Laughter Sessions

Who should attend?

Everyone that can do with a bit of heartfelt belly laughter to relieve stress

The laughter sessions can be offered as:

  • A stand- alone session (part of corporate wellness offerings)
  • An ice-breaker at team building or strategic planning sessions
  • A value –add at year end functions or award ceremonies

The time required for the sessions will vary based upon the required outcomes.
